### What is Founder in Campus?

Founder in Campus (FiC) is an innovative, 100% student-run club model, designed to empower students to build real-world digital products. Powered by NAUCode's expertise in digital product management, FiC equips students with hands-on experience in product ideation, development, and market launch.

Students actively work on creating impactful digital products, enabling practical learning, entrepreneurship, and opportunities to earn commissions from successful projects.

### How Does FiC Operate?

FiC clubs operate in batches, recruiting talented members periodically depending on each school's calendar and student availability. Each batch runs for flexible periods of 3, 6, or 9 months, providing ample time to conceptualize, develop, and launch digital products.

Throughout the batch, students collaborate closely in teams, guided by structured mentorship and training from NAUCode's seasoned product managers. Each batch culminates with actionable outcomes including:

* Launching digital products to market
* Participating in competitions
* Raising capital for promising ideas
* Joining NAUCode's freelance projects as project team members
* Providing alumni consultations to future student batches and the broader campus community

### How to Get Started

#### Set Up an FiC Program at Your School

We are actively seeking passionate and entrepreneurial-minded students to become **FiC Presidents and key members** in each campus. Ideal club presidents should:

* Have multiple innovative product ideas
* Possess strong leadership and management skills
* Be driven to actually build and launch successful digital products

As an FiC President, your responsibilities include:

* Recruiting and managing club members
* Facilitating product ideation and development with the support of NAUCode experts
* Coordinating mentorship sessions and training activities
